The property was a little far out of the main city, but it was a nice walk and I booked completely last minute and nothing else was available. The front desk was exceptional, very helpful and very responsive when I emailed re: parking/checking in, etc. I would definitely stay here again, despite the walk.

Stayed over night to break journey on way to Waterford. Easy & straightforward booking & check in process, hotel was clean, tidy, warm and nicely finished with convenient parking. Would stay again.

A lovely hotel just outside Kilkenny centre, lots of parking and very comfortable.

Visiting for a family wedding. Warm welcome and quick check in, rooms clean and spacious - did however have to request extra coat hangers - Ted was really helpful and informative. Slightly further from centre than expected but taxis pretty reasonable and very reliable to use to travel to wedding, plenty of free parking for our hire car. Breakfast reasonable but personally would have liked more choice of gluten free hot options and a separate toaster to use.

Very comfortable

I stayed at this hotel with my mother for 2 nights. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was well maintained and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to the main city centre and a lot of the attractions in Kilkenny. The staff were helpful, especially when we needed to store our bags after we had checked out. Would stay here again.

Convenient to town and also to roads out of town. The pub was wonderful, roomy and friendly, the parking great and the breakfast superb.
